Reminder: it's about the Gospel.

Hola chicos,
just wanted to encourage you to keep being brave in your studies. Last week a group of us got a chance to pray over Philipians 3,

But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ and be found in him.

Though we've not "loss everything", the Father's love has inspired us to step away from our comfort zones and study to become counselors - all for the sake of the Gospel. So, as we go through this intense period of studies, I pray we find our confidence and security in Christ who's chosen us as his vessels.

"...in order that (we) may gain Christ and be found in him."

If you're having trouble finding your journal articles for the MARC paper, like I was, James Serra suggested that public university online library data bases might be helpful. Happy researching!!!! Lanie

Greatest thing to happen to Genograms since the meat grinder

I downloaded genogram software, which has been extremely user friendly.

http://download.cnet.com/GenoPro-2007/3000-2127_4-10020855.html?tag=mncol;1

It's GenoPro 2007.  It comes with a free 14 day trial, which is just about how long we have left to knock this project out.  It should make the mapping and relational line stuff much easier.  It took me about an hour to map out mine and my wifes entire family (with details).   Hope it's of help.
